Hamilton Trails uses dynamic pricing for tee times. That means our rates can change based on the day, time, weather, availability, and demand.

Basically: not every tee time costs the same anymore.

A busy Saturday morning may be priced higher because everyone wants that spot. A quieter weekday afternoon may be lower because we want to give golfers a great deal and spread play out across the day.

This helps us keep golf accessible, protect pace of play, manage cart availability, and offer more price options for more golfers. No fluff. No mystery. Just more ways to find a tee time that works for you.

How to Get the Best Rate

Book early.
The earlier you book, the better chance you have of finding a lower rate before the tee sheet fills up.

Be flexible.
If you can play midweek, later in the day, or during quieter times, that is where the best deals usually live.

Book online.
Our online tee sheet will always show the current rate for each available tee time, so you can compare your options and pick the one that works best for your schedule and budget.

Why We Made the Change

We want Hamilton Trails to stay what it is supposed to be: friendly, fun, fairly priced golf with good pace and a great experience.

Dynamic pricing lets us offer lower rates during slower times, while keeping prime times available for golfers who really want those popular spots. It also helps spread play out, which means a smoother day for everyone.

Booking Policies

Advance Booking – Tee times should be reserved in advance online or by phone.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours in advance or a $10 Cancelation fee maybe applied. 

No-Show Policy – Failure to show up for a booked tee time may result in a charge or loss of booking privileges.

Group Size Limits – We allow up to 4 players per group; larger groups may require special arrangements. Smaller groups will be combined to form groups of 4 as needed.

Check-in Requirements – Players should arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled tee time.

Rain Check Policy – Rain checks may be offered if weather conditions make the course unplayable. All players that tee off on hole #3 will not be eligible for a raincheck.

Pace of Play – Please maintain a reasonable pace, with rounds typically lasting around 2 hours for 9 holes.

Course Etiquette – Players should replace divots, repair ball marks, and adhere to general golf etiquette.
